Administrative Personnel
Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction – The Blue Mountain School District is looking for an enthusiastic experienced educator that has demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Successful candidate will have:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a school or district administrator;
-
Doctorate preferred;
-
Knowledge of current curriculum and assessment trends;
-
Background in curriculum development and instruction in schools;
-
Ability to implement programs within courses of study aligned to academic standards;
-
Expertise in leading staff development, induction, and evaluation of staff
-
Ability to analyze and develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress to staff and Board;
-
Knowledge of Federal Programs and serve as District Federal Programs Coordinator;
-
Experience with educator evaluation tools and processes;
-
Experience with the development and refinement of school district policies and procedures;
-
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising a variety of staff members;
-
Knowledge of school district budgeting;
-
Familiarity of Title IX;
-
Experience with Comprehensive Planning;
-
Evidence of effective parent and community involvement.
