ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL

Director of Technology - The Blue Mountain School District is seeking an innovative, collaborative technology leader to oversee the district’s instructional and information technology programs. The successful candidate will develop and implement a technology vision that provides high-quality, secure, cost-effective, and meaningful technology services for students and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead district technology strategy, infrastructure, and network management.

• Oversee technology systems, services, vendors, and implementation.

• Support the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning.

• Collaborate with administrators and staff to identify needs and implement solutions.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and educational technology.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Information Technology, related field.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including computer network management.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

 

Preferred Experience: PowerSchool, Microsoft enterprise software, Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure, and Google Workspace.

 

Salary: Regionally competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
