Each Blue Mountain School District building now has a dedicated email address for submitting student absence notes and attendance documentation.

 

Please send absence notes directly to the appropriate building by 9:00 AM:

• Blue Mountain High School: bmhsattendance@bmsd.org

• Blue Mountain Middle School: bmmsattendance@bmsd.org 

• Blue Mountain Elementary East: bmeeattendance@bmsd.org 

• Blue Mountain Elementary West: bmewattendance@bmsd.org

 

When submitting an absence, tardy, or early dismissal note, please include:

• Student’s first and last name

• Grade level

• Date(s) of the absence

• Reason for the absence

• Parent/Guardian name

 

If the absence is medical, please attach a photo or electronic copy of the doctor’s or medical provider’s note.

 

Parents and guardians may continue to send written absence notes to school with their student as they have in the past. The new email option provides an additional convenient way to submit documentation.
