Blue Mountain Athletic Training services are contracted through the Faust Physical Therapy Center located diagonally across from McDonald’s at 326 Route 61 South, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972 570-385-5080 FAX 570-385-5087.
Jeff Faust, certified physical therapist is the owner of Faust Physical Therapy Center. Jeff has employed Mike Grigalonis, certified athletic trainer, as a full-time athletic trainer to service all Blue Mountain School District athletic teams grades 7-12. Mike has an office and training room located in the high school and is at the high school virtually everyday when sports seasons are in session. All students who participate in athletics should seek Mike if they are injured during practice or games no matter how minor the injury may seem at the time. Mike will give immediate attention to the injury and will be able to recommend the best method of treatment or recommend other treatment if necessary. He will be able to assess the injury and if necessary, refer the injury student-athlete to proper medical attention. In the event that a student-athlete is injured, the student-athlete must obtain an injury form from the athletic office or from the link provided at the bottom of this page in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in out-of-pocket expenses.
If physical therapy is necessary for the student-athlete, please know that Faust Physical Therapy Center is available and local to meet your physical therapy needs however, parents/guardians may choose the physical therapy location of their choice.
